Kelsey Big Plume
Kelsey Big Plume is a newly elected Council member of the Tsuut’ina Nation since November 2016. She will be a member of Council for the term of 2016-2019. She is the fifth woman leader elected since 1877.
She graduated with a General Studies Diploma from Mount Royal College in 2006. She then went on to pursue her Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Culture with a minor in Anthropology from the University of Calgary in 2009.…
Stanley Big Plume
Stanley was first elected as Councillor for the Tsuut’ina Nation in 2002 and has since served his community for 2 terms, with the start of his recent term in 2014. Regena was the first women elected as councilor for Tsuut’ina Nation. She served her first term in the 70’s and would later be elected during the 80’s and serve six consecutive terms in council from 1998 to 2010. After her departure from council, she worked on the Treaty portfolio for the Tsuut’ina Nation from 2010 to 2012.…

Council Member LeeRoy Meguinis previously served Tsuut’ina Nation as Councilor from 2002-2010, on Thursday December 8th he was sworn in once again to serve his community. Graduating from Bishop Grandin High School in 1992, LeeRoy continued on to Mount Royal College to take Business Administration from 1993-1996, earning his Business Diploma.
